Like many entrepreneurs, I didn't start out doing what I do today.
In 2016, I decided to launch my own business as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I quickly learned a few things about myself:

I think personal training is really boring
I loved building the business more than delivering the service.
Marketing on social media—especially being on camera—wasn't my strength.
Creating organized systems, streamlining workflows, and finding better ways to run a business absolutely was.

While other business owners were excited about creating offers and attracting new clients, I found myself asking questions like:

"How can this process be simpler?"

"Why are they doing it this way?"

"There has to be a better system for this."

That's when I realized my real passion wasn't fitness, it was helping businesses run better. Throw in a global pandemic, and I found myself quickly shifting gears.

Since 2021, I've worked behind the scenes with online businesses and nonprofits, supporting them in roles ranging from Virtual Assistant to Operations Manager and Executive Assistant. Along the way, I've helped business owners organize their operations, improve workflows, implement systems, and create the structure that allows their businesses to run more efficiently.

Because here's what I've learned: A successful business isn't built on hustle alone. It's built on systems.
